Champ Restoration Events is a Christian life coaching resource that hosts events focused on health & work-life wellness including nurturing and renewing the mind, which transforms the entire person: body, soul & spirit. Our uniquely refreshing experiences is set in or near nature and emphasize Biblical application. We believe and set out to foster wellness. Wellness is defined as “more than being free from illness. Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy & fulfilling life. It is a dynamic process of change and growth.” There will be many elements included such as, outdoor adventures, workshops, retreats, etc. This will be a uniquely refreshing experience for sure!
